Kiki's Delivery Service. This movie always has a special place in my heart. I don't think this is the best anime movie, but it is definitely my favorite.

Honorable mention goes to Spirited Away, Digimon: The Movie, and Inuyasha: The Castle Beyond the Looking Glass.
