I basic assumption would be that you don’t build a warehouse that size and lay the plumbing necessary for housing thousands of prisoners. It will not have proper facilities for restrooms and hygiene needs.

This is a very southern way of skirting what is obvious. Acting ignorant and like you don’t pay attention. It might actually be true that they don’t pay much attention but they know the fucking score and vote GOP for those reasons. I’m from the Bible Belt. It’s extremely common.
