Sarri used to have terrible 2nd halves, something we saw consistently under Lemon man last ssn. Chelsea under Enzo has always improved in the 2nd half incl today. DAY AND NIGHT.

We conceded the highest amount of goals in PL history (our own record) under lemon man. Now we have the 3rd best defence in the league. Chaos vs Control.

These are all squad players. Even if I were to accept that you have a point here and the SDs have their favourites (which they do). I am pretty sure SDs got Felix in and the next step will be Nkunku out.

The fact remains, selling either of these guys won’t change a thing for Chelsea in the long run

Nkunku has Palmer ahead of him and he’s not a striker either (at least not good enough to play as a CF in PL). Selling Nkunku won’t change anything. Same goes for guys like Felix, KDH, Chuku, Disasi.

Chuku is better than KDH but both are squad players at the end of the day so it’s not a big deal.

That is actually the point. We have upgraded on every single dud we have sold to our rivals. You are acting like we sold our top players under pressure which isn’t the case at all when you look at our PL starting XI

Kante has been replaced by Caicedo not KDH. Disasi & KDH aren’t good but most players we have bought are showing their worth whether it’s Palmer, Caicedo, Lavia, Enzo, Jackson, Neto or even Cucurella.

We have sold players who were either liabilities or squad players at best in order to fund much better players that we ACTUALLY wanted in the starting XI. Now we are seeing the results as well.

It’s the reality. The sooner people wake up to the new reality the better. Took people long enough to realise how the Ex-Spurs loser made so many players (especially Colwill) look bad last ssn.

I guess it’s good then that we gave lifetime contracts to these players everyone was laughing at initially.
