Watched a classic tonight that I've not seen for well over a decade. Wife had never seen it before and was amazed by the prosthetics and makeup. Still looks fantastic especially in 4K. She screamed a few times but the biggest was when she recognised Rik Mayall in The Slaughtered Lamb 😂

Had our Halloween party this weekend. I made bbq pulled pork, sweet and sour pineapple rice (veggie option), roasties, and brownies. Got a lot of praise and even some asking for recipes. I don't deal with praise very well so basically me being like Chopper in response

I watched the series once with a podcast watchalong (4 grown men, so not the target audience) and that was a funny time. I learnt about the CGI baby, but also the haunted puppet they originally made. Funnily enough I showed my wife the doll the other day and she had a lot of questions 😂

Went to a new small Mexican place near us and had the breakfast burrito and chilaquiles (like breakfast nachos with guac, bacon, egg, beans). Really good, and good portions, the burrito was dense. Definitely go again. Bad decision to eat here BEFORE shopping. Just wanted to nap 😂

Enjoying Digimon Time Stranger today. Love the digivolving. In Pokemon, a bear type creature will evolve into a bigger bear Pokemon. A bear in digimon could digivolve into an eldritch god. Like this witch with giant arms I've got. Don't even want it to change, but also I need to see the outcome!

I pre-ordered the new Digimon game but haven't received a dispatch email. Just checked & they don't have stock. I hate when they take more orders than stock 😑. Probably cancel it, take it as a sign. Got loads of games in the backlog to work through. I can clear a few and come back to it when cheaper

Been going through Only Fools and Horses (wife's never seen it) and her favourite character is Grandad. Tried to ease the pain by giving her the heads up that this was the last Grandad episode we were watching as he passed between seasons. He was great, but so is Albert. But Grandad had sass 😂
