Making BlueSky one of the two social media apps on my phone has been nice! Uninstalling TikTok, Reddit, and Twitter has actually improved my mental health a lot 🤪 Waking up in the morning and not going on my phone for 15 mins as soon as I wake up has been 11/10! Waking up like this every morning
