Gamer.
I just started playing Horizon: Zero Dawn today for the first time and saw that option. I was "I've never thought about that being a problem... but I'm glad it's there for people who need it." Which was true for a few other acessibility settings too. Glad they also put them up front before gameplay.

I subscribed to dungeon more often, but dragon was great too. I had active subs to both when physical publishing ended.

I know nothing about the book, but "we only find them when they're dead" but the title seems great and Al Ewing is fun.

I thought about you immediately when this got revealed, and then proceeded to forget to message you about it.
I hope it stays a librarian when we eventually get the universes within version. I like the idea of the big owl librarian

I can hardly believe you made it. That's so many movies! Good for you.

I'm sure it doesn't help for recognition that two are defunct indie bands from Halifax not well known even here, but they're very influential to me anyway.
If I had more slots:
At the Drive In, the beatles, Our Lady Peace, Death From Above 1979, Wet Leg, ...and you will know us by the trail of dead

Yep. There's a reason I haven't gotten these. Shelf space.

Not in person but it's a very cool mini. They've also done even larger dragons and an actual kaiju monster called the tarrasque. All of these are larger than anything I own.

As someone outside of the US... right now I wouldn't attend an event in the US at all. Ideally, re-seperate the pro tour from magiccons and put the tour out of the US to allow more int'l people to avoid an authoritarian country, but allow the majority of people stuck inside to have a good event

Oh neat. Hadn't seen that announcement yet.

When I am at my computer... somewhere around 12. Most of them not currently hooked up to anything, but I have my audio interface there so a bunch of xlr mics hanging around.

I was saying to @nickpiers.bsky.social the other day that, with Marvel's sliding timescale, I believe logan would have been living in Canada for most of the Tragically Hip's career, and they're basically the perfect band for him - a balance of rootsy canadiana, aggression and deep lyricism.

My super spoke to someone from emergency services, and the main reason they did the evac was to avoid this type of thing (well mostly smoking) not from any other major dangers from the gas.

And heck, if you give up on VO, an inexpensive USB mic or mic/interface are also useful if you make music, or just want to sound decent in game chat too.

I'm not sure what this is aiming at.
I can say that the complaint is with the capitalist class, and not with RPG publishers - they're generally working people and usually running at razor thin margins, so are not to blame for the price of their products or inflation.

The real problem isn't that the books are so much more expensive... it's that pay hasn't gone up in the same ratio that costs have, so they feel more expensive.

Draft > Cube > Sealed > Other Weird Limited Formats (Solomon, pack wars, etc) > Commander.
60 card formats rank above the weird formats when played competitively, but below edh when there's no stakes.

message me the model number of your cpu and i will double check it for you - and if it is, i'll come over and turn the tpm on, which will fix the problem
August 3, 2025 at 5:09 AM
I'm like 90% sure your hardware is supported - maybe the built in TPM feature isn't turned on in the CPU. And if not, your hardware is so close to being compatible, we can bypass the compatibility checks and force install win 11 and it shouldn't have any issues.
