I think he actually bought the hype and thinks he looks his Rambo images. He is so the emperor without clothes. It is just that so many people can't see his ugly ass for what he is, not what he is pretending to be.

I think we are somewhere between denial and bargaining. We know we have lost something but find it hard to accept that many of our fellow Americans helped with the murder.
