ok so uh. past present future (in order) readings for the sillies. top 3 are hong lu bottom 3 are sinclair. d. don't mind the background it's actually my laptop i just forgot i was sitting at a table for some reason.. also don't mind the lighting (puts my head in my hands) hong lu got the queen of swords, judgement, and the FUCKING HANGED MAN REVERSE i. jinxed it so bad i jinxed it so damn bad remember i am. an amateur so it's really just. personal interpretation from preexisting knowledge... so although I'm. going to yap a lot, it's nice to look into things in your own time as well... also i. would like to say the queen of feathers was reversed... but i was. really stupid and thought "yeah I'll flip it just for clarity" while also leaving the hanged man untouched c.can you tell I'm not the brightest tool in the shed. ANYWAY reversed queen of swords. usually it means miscommunication... also being overly emotional and having difficulty making decisions because of it along with. strained relationships, isolation, and maybe some sort of judgement... (judgement of the self/judgement of others...) but that's. just how i see it. Judgement (the card) is. usually indicative of awakening and such, an important decision needs to be made ,healing from the past... that shtick. i don't pull judgement that much so that's. my two cents. NOW THE FUCKING HANGED MAN. uhm. i have a lot to say. the. original raider-waite art has a lot of symbolism but to. summarize (in. my partial opinion) it's partially about escapism and a. suffering body with a blissful mind (it's a lot more interesting than i. make it out to be please just. look it up since the rider-waite art is really neat). i. I'll explain the rest in the next image, just know all of them will be misaligned, so the relationship reading will start in the 2nd image but it'll bleed over into the third image. (1/3) the... reversed hanged man... usually it's indecision, being held back, resistance to change and. holding on too tightly to what's familiar and delaying the inevitable, sometimes it's associated with. disillusionment and denying reality or. holding onto the material world instead of letting go in order to move on. (do. do you see why i hate the hanged man being with hong lu now.) ONTO SINCLAIR!! sinclair got the. six of pentacles, the tower, and the ten of swords usually the six of pentacles if about generosity and such, giving and receiving. that's about all I've got to say about that. the. tower. sudden change, maybe even destruction. just complete chaos. it's usually about sudden happenings and being shaken to the core by an unstoppable event i think... please remember how unbelievably mid i am and take it with a grain of salt. but it. isn't nearly as bad as the ten of swords. ten of swords usually means betrayal/backstabbing (...the og art is. VERY literal backstabbing), but it can also mean being exhausted/burnt out and/or a painful and inevitable end to something. sometimes it's just best to not fight what's happening... so how pleasant ^_^ both of them are definitely not. doomed. k. kind of funny how the ten of swords is a snake in this deck. i. i know it's a symbolism thing but. lol (insert photo of demian. i. I'm sure he won't do anything TOO bad but. um. yknow.) ONTO THE RELATIONSHIP!! the cards in order mean person a's feelings, person b's feelings, the future of the relationship ten of cups, the empress, and the hermit reversed. the ten of cups usually means emotional bliss (especially in relationships) and just. general happiness, stability and joy along with alignment with your partner1!! yay!!! the empress is mostly about femininity i think? but, it's also got ties to creativity and abundance along with just general harmony !! good so far!!!!! for both of them!! (i didn't really give hl or sc particular cards, so you can just pick yourself) (2/3) then there's the hermit reverse. fucks up everything. isolation, loneliness, withdrawing from others, dishonestly, sadness. it's TERRIBLE for them. sometimes it's about a lack of space, maybe too much space (Reflecting too much/too little) sometimes it's just really bad self-pity and doubt!!! literally the moment either of them get a good moment in their reading and it's destroyed by the hermit (insert photo of hermit of the azure forest) anyway. that's. that's all i have to say... j. just remember I'm not a psychic or a professional or anything of the sort so. doing research and stuff is fun and good and nice!! i. love the symbolism in the original rider waite tarot art... back to the mines, where i continue to horrify myself by making them sadder and sadder (mayhaps i am the hermit after all.) time to go sleep for 2 days!!!! i know i already talked about them like once before but oh I love them so much anyway!! i i love themes of artifice and nature i love it when one of them is doomed to live so much longer than the other that it might as well be forever because of how long they've been waiting to rejoin their beloved in death oh i love them i love them the other will last long after the other disappears... sinclair having an almost overbearing yet silent sort of duty? to hong lu.. maybe out of guilt or maybe out of regret either because he was either there when her eyes were yoinked or they hadn't met yet and the regret comes from the birds' failures to protect others which sort of hits him hard when they first meet/when she tells him what happened there's a silent ... Debt he would feel towards her and that guilt would stay with him forever hong lu... aaa... i think she'd try to hold sinclair as close as she can because she feels like she's already lost everything; her previous life, her eyes... it's... it's like how she leaves home in the book but it isn't a good ending because she wasn't ready, she wasn't ready at all and now she's lost and directionless and i hate and love the idea of her clinging to sinclair in her own way without directly saying she wants him to stay...... djkdsncs... sinclair being warm and hong lu being cold since she's made of porcelain she feels. guilty when sinclair flinches whenever she touches him in the winter or the summer because her 'skin' is either too cold or too hot... sinclair trying his best to give her affection even if it hurts... holding her hands until his own are cold, pretty numb and maybe a bit blue... almost getting burned by the heat in the summer... the way hong lu would feel a nonexistent warmth leave her body when sinclair disappears [into. Apocalypse bird. or he dies] and the cold of loneliness sinks into her nonexistent bones... because even though she's physically broken her heart was mended for a fleeting moment... (1/2) a.. apocalypse bird... i think although hong lu would want sinclair to stay... to never leave her... Sinclair might end up leaving to go fuse apocalypse bird... because of that guilt and duty/debt I mentioned in the last bit... he he thinks that he's doing the right thing, that he's protecting her but the greatest threat to hong lu's safety is herself, being left with her own thoughts, being abandoned. i think hong lu's got a fear of abandonment here... considering, alriune. Maybe she even wanted the birds who stole her eyes to stay for just a moment longer, so she could feel some sort of worth. i wonder if they'd meet again after apocalypse bird happens i know the birds do separate I guess(?? shrug) considering lobcorp but i think that permanence... is inevitable in some strange way. if the birds did separate, would they be split up? would they find their way back to each other? would sinclair find hong lu again? even if sinclair doesn't become apocalypse bird, he'd die eventually... hong lu would be left with him as he returned to the dust she so desperately wants to be. she'll feel him rot and slip through her fingers until he's the dirt she's laying on top of, maybe she'd try to keep his bones as close as possible, his feathers (although the degradation rate varies based on the environment...) anything she can have, anything that's left of him... she'll keep it until she's dust too. Porcelain is biodegradable I think?? it just takes a really long time to fully degrade but it still takes thousands of years + lots of erosion and being beat up by the elements iirc even even if hong lu becomes dust again what if she never gets to meet sinclair again? they're a doll with sentience; do they have a soul? Do they count in any cycle of reincarnation or any 'second life?' I wonder if she can dream. maybe she'd dream of sinclair when she returned to dust. their relationship is full of worries and 'what if?'s yet I think in the end they can love, someway, somehow.

this is a more general thing since I only had energy to draw one thing today after writing a lot!! the whole snow white thing sorta Beats me up and robs me blind because of the thing with the evil queen and her wanting to eat snow white's organs (although that's just the original, the movie's the one where she wants her heart but not for eating) and hiring the huntsman... I I just like the idea of Hong Lu struggling to Defy the orders she was given because she's grown really attached and there was already just a piece of her that didn't want to kill sinclair the idea of there being branching ends because it isn't guaranteed that she would spare him kind of makes me Sad just because I think defying orders would hurt hong lu less than killing sinclair in that moment but they've been raised in a particular way and I feel like she'd already gotten used to people coming and going and gotten used to hurting people she loved either on 'purpose' or because of someone else if she did end up killing sinclair... ou. (got reminded of the shared dream for a second) I wonder if she'd keep his heart or give it up... maybe she'd do what the huntsman did and just pretend an animal's heart/organs are sinclair's when she turns them in (...or maybe she'd eat him, wowzer!) There's a sort of Miasma of doubt that probably follows her around Always and I think Sinclair being one of if not the first to notice it would probably just make it hurt even more when she has to kill him I think the guilt would just stalk her In a miserable, regretful way since she killed the one person who'd ever tried to look closer and understand her and there's no guarantee they'll meet again in another life or remember each other or anything so she has to live with guilt and pressure that'll pile on top of her until she dies I wonder if eating or even looking at apples would make her nauseous after i i do prefer the idea of them running off and living in a cottage together i just felt like hurting them today

At least it was only the first chapter of like 2 or 3 since I think if I had to do anything more than that I could Not finish it uh obligatory fun fact: the first multichapter fic I ever completed was either for cookie run or danganronpa but I'm not sure which came first all I know is that I finished both eventually anyway uhm I should be fine rewriting everything... I'll live... maybe. puts on my little miner's hat and picks away at the hongclair mines with a living wage of about 500 words an hour (maybe 750 if in optimal conditions)

it's just Hong Lu this time around
[ID: yippee! hongclair stick figures!!] writing below like last time! Hong Lu looked at her reflection in the bus window with a sense of detachment. Her eyes flitted between herself and the miserable desaturation outside. All while the chill of waning winter seeped deep into her bones. Something ached in her at that moment, a quiet pain that could have been mistaken for yearning. Her hand rested atop her heart—or where it would be. Hong Lu had been unsure of whether or not she had a heart. She bled like she had one, her pulse sped up and slowed down like she had one. She had a heart, somewhere, deep inside. Yet she felt a strange sense of disbelief at the idea. Her mind poked and prodded at her, reminding her of every quarrel and disagreement and all the pains she’d probably caused others. Maybe it had been long enough for her to forget and move on. Yet something chained her down to the ground. Or maybe it was someone instead. Perhaps someone held tight to her soul and violently yanked her down to the cold, hard ground, which was nothing like the softness of a dream. She could imagine the pain in her scalp—which would have stung like mercy did. Hong Lu felt that she deserved no mercy. Maybe that was why she was so burdened. She awaited a punishment, any punishment. She had wronged many, but what had she done? Even Hong Lu wasn’t sure. She waited patiently to be sentenced. But something in her still struggled to break free. Although it usually lay passively in her, sometimes it pulled with a violent fervor, and other times it weakly tugged out of grief and loss. Those unidentifiable burdens, those chains, seemed to pierce into her skin without much identifiable rhyme or reason. It wasn’t unlike most punishments she’d received, which came quickly and followed by utter agony; she still struggled to understand what she had done to deserve it. (1/3) [ID: Sinclair disappeared... oh dear.] Hong Lu hoped it would tug too hard and flay her cleanly, leaving her red and raw. She’d be scolded for making a mess while being held and put back together, but the burning rawness would always remain. She had to stay, didn’t she? She couldn’t leave people behind. It would make her selfish, incredibly selfish. When she looked into people she stared so far in that it went back around to herself. That was how selfish she was, it had to be. How terrible she was, how incredibly rotten and ignorant, typical. At first, she could tell whether or not these thoughts—which clawed into her brain and left deep, painful marks—were true. But now, doubt filled her to the brim. Maybe she was all of that, everything that was beaten into her got beaten out of her with a flog made of doubt. Perfection… Hong Lu’s active mind couldn’t even imagine her as such a thing; she always thought of Sinclair whenever she was bored enough to try it. Even then, Sinclair wasn’t perfection—absolutely not. Hong Lu could list as many flaws about Sinclair as there were strands of hair on her head. Hong Lu thought of him as perfection anyway. She admired him, how his heart lived on his sleeve even if he didn’t want it to be. She admired that tenderness and clumsiness regardless of Sinclair’s shame, his unhappiness with himself. She valued that sensitivity more than anything else. She felt joy when she saw him, knowing that the City wasn’t completely morally bankrupt. She reminded herself that this would all end eventually. Hong Lu suddenly felt a strong urge to weep, yet nothing came out. Her brain drowned in tears, her skull yearning to burst. Hong Lu closed her eyes and breathed, hoping to clear her troubled mind. When it was time to turn in for the night, Hong Lu couldn’t bring herself to reach out to Sinclair and ask him to stay for the night. She entered her room, which seemed to have become as troubled as her thoughts were. (2/3) [ID: super small hongclairs!!] Some parts were a deep, sturdy red adorned with opulence. Others got lost in flora, drowned in deep grass that reached up to her knees. The pond on the other side of the room was absolutely a hazard—but maybe the encroaching artificiality of Hong Lu’s room around it was more dangerous. Hong Lu stared for a second before she gently closed the door and fully stepped inside. She could breathe at last, yet the air was stuffy and stagnant. She changed without a second thought, wincing a bit at the way her hands instinctively found the scars that were carved into her as living memories. She lied in bed with a miserable consciousness. Hong Lu grieved, albeit in such a way that she looked like she wasn’t grieving at all. The wind from the other end of the room touched her skin almost reverently. The caution reminded her of Sinclair. It seemed too late to knock on Sinclair’s door, so Hong Lu wrapped herself up in layers of luxurious silks and fabrics, even if the warmth only made her feel even more lonely. Thunder cracked like a whip outside, and Hong Lu buried herself deeper into that synthetic warmth, unwilling to confront herself. (3/3, the rest is just a ramble from me) I've been trying to write more as of late!! Mostly because of autism but partially because of obligation (guilt, maybe?) since I went to an arts high school as a teenager and was actually a writing student!! I had 3 hours of writing classes every day after school (... 12-hour schoolday due to my 1-hour commute, but I managed!!), but considering my memory uhm, it all vanished Suddenly despite me graduating not very long ago at all, so I'm just relearning everything to make better hongclairs!! I think it's fun to write them both if not very anxiety-inducing out of worries of ooc. I'll post a Sinclair-centric piece soon since I think this piece was more hong lu centric

I have a lot to say but I dunno how to say it... this piece might be a bit all over the place or messy because of that.

A gentle silence hung over them, only in its stages of infancy. If left any longer, it would grow awkward, and then oppressive. Sinclair wrung his hands out with a slight tension that accompanied his usual anxiety. He had many things to say, yet they stuck in his throat like glue. He had never been one for words, that was always Hong Lu’s forte. Maybe Sinclair felt a bit of lingering envy seeing her speak so fluidly and confidently without even a hint of a stutter or trepidity. Hong Lu, with the sharp eyes she’d always had, turned and took one of Sinclair’s hands in hers. She thumbed Sinclair’s palms—which were slowly going from gently soft to a telltale roughness— and spoke. “There’s something on your mind, isn’t there?” Sinclair’s cheeks flushed in embarrassment. He had never been good at hiding how he felt; if he was, maybe he’d be picked on a lot less. There was no use in lying, so Sinclair nodded. Hong Lu’s hand squeezed his. Sinclair let himself breathe for just a second. Hong Lu looked at him with a painful sort of fondness. “Would you be so kind as to tell me what troubles you so?” Sinclair spent a long, long while trying to force the tarlike words out from his throat, but he could only choke out one. “E-Earlier…” Hong Lu seemed to take a moment before she nodded in realization. “Mn. What I said earlier, life, death, meaning… it stuck with you, I presume?” Sinclair hummed in affirmation. “I-... I don’t know how to say it, but…” Sinclair hoped he wouldn’t be misunderstood as he spoke: “...Why do you think of life— I- I mean death, that way? Are you so sure that meaninglessness d-defines your reactions?” Sinclair finally managed to ask. He had probably mangled what he originally intended to say, but Sinclair couldn’t remember what he had meant to say in the first place. (1/3) [ID: A very confused Hong Lu and Sinclair look at an autism creature that appeared suddenly] Hong Lu blinked. Sinclair was suddenly incredibly overwhelmed by fear. Had he struck a nerve? What had he done wrong? Was his wording too harsh? Instead of all the offended reactions Sinclair had played out in his head, Hong Lu laughed gently instead. “Sinclair,” Hong Lu said as she took Sinclair’s other hand at last, “you’ve always been so clever,” Hong Lu smiled brightly, "I admire your curiosity." She took a moment to formulate her response. “I think that meaninglessness changes depending on the person. It could mean that it has no use, or that it has no purpose. In my case, I think it’s the former.” Sinclair saw a helpless little glint in Hong Lu’s eyes, which seemed to dim as weeks passed by in flurries of sound and light. He had always wanted to reach in and pull her out of that pool she drowned in. There was always something wrong… something off. “Getting angry has given me nothing good in my experiences, Sinclair.” Hong Lu’s smile seemed to dim. The expression mirrored Sinclair’s own from a long time ago. The expression of someone suffocated and trapped, someone who existed to serve and become. Always the future, never the present, forgetting the past. “I’ve gotten what I’ve wanted by being… let’s say passive.” Passive… Sinclair felt like ‘compliant’ was the right word here. He felt guilt toward himself for having thought such a rude thing about his own partner, but it just felt more fitting. Or maybe that was the part of him who looked into Hong Lu like he was a mirror speaking. “But… but being angry still has meaning,” Sinclair blurted out, “being angry… is being… alive? Aren't all emotions essential?” Sinclair questioned even himself. Hong Lu made a little sound and waited for a long second before she spoke. (2/3) [ID: WOAH! The creature said yippee and confetti appeared everywhere!! Hong Lu is quite pleased while Sinclair is incredibly scared.] “That depends on the person. Although, I agree with you. But just because something has meaning doesn’t mean it rewards you. Sometimes it’s the opposite.” Hong Lu laid back on Sinclair’s bed. She stared at the ceiling, “Watering a flower every day has meaning, it gives you happiness and the flower will one day repay its debt to you for your loyalty. Being angry, being sad, going against the grain… not only is it difficult, but it’s painful.” Hong Lu kicked her legs a bit out of restlessness. “Don’t you want to live without pain?” Sinclair almost agreed, but maybe this would be a time when he could disagree with Hong Lu on something. He shook his head, lying back against the sheets of his bed: “No, not really.” Hong Lu turned her head to look at him. “Ah? Is that so? I must say… a part of me expected that answer, but most of me didn’t see it coming.” Sinclair let a gentle smile creep onto his face for just a moment. His hand reunited with Hong Lu’s and held it gently. Sinclair felt along all the lines of Hong Lu's slightly rough palms and the smooth perfection of the back of her hands. “I don’t think that I-... I’d be who I am without pain,” he explained, “I’d be someone else. The pain hurts… i-it hurts a lot still. But I think I’m learning. Bit by bit, from the pain.” Hong Lu squeezed Sinclair’s hand in turn, “Do you think you’ll ever run out of things to learn from pain?” Sinclair blinked, his previous confidence cracked a bit. “Uh… er, well… it depends, right? We’ll never know what the future has unless we go forward.” “Right,” Hong Lu nodded. “I think we’ll move forward just fine,” Hong Lu hums. Sinclair nodded contently. That earlier insecurity, that yearning to reach out, burrowed into his mind and left a rabbit hole of curiosity. Sinclair let himself push it back into his mind. Just once. (3/3)

i've been thinking of abnormality hongclair for a long while they're driving me insane...
anyway: 3 doodles so i can rant about hongclair in all of the image alt descriptions (all of 'em are quite long... I need to figure out a place where I can keep all my rants as an archive or something- aa...)
[ID, rant below: a doodle of 9:2 sinclair and dieci hong lu] (note I use any/all pronouns for the hongclairs so I might randomly switch at times even if I use he/him for both in mine fics!!) OKAY, so!!! abnormality hongclair! I have so many ideas for them they're just so!! alriune hong lu and punishing bird (or green stem) sinclair is just so intriguing to me it drives me crazy. Someone who's crashed down so terribly from the life they used to have and is now plunged in darkness and uncertainty- mayhaps leading towards near insanity- and someone who's lived in the dark for most of their life but still manages to find a reason- any reason- to keep trudging forward... I love the idea of them supporting each other, how they would cling to each other despite how distant Hong Lu would be since y'know her eye got plucked out and he's all overgrown and while they do look pretty the overgrowth can never hide the vulnerabilities that come with missing so many pieces of himself, it's the kind of emptiness that can only be patched by someone else who can complete you, or maybe you could finally get up and care for yourself after realizing living like this is no life at all I wonder how he would feel if Sinclair fused with the other birds (IMO big bird would be yi sang and judgement bird would be don!) to become apocalypse bird. Would she just watch and hope sinclair would come back to them, in either life or death? I also think green stem sinclair would have a similar relationship with alriune hong lu, but it's moreso seeking hope or a reason to live while constantly living in fear of the rose hunter while Hong Lu tries his best to console her despite their own hopelessness. They need each other and it hurts and heals them at the same time!!! I also like the idea of Mirror of Adjustment Sinclair and Today's Shy Look Hong Lu. someone who can change who you are- even just for a moment- and someone who always needs to change for others- (continues in alt 2) [ID, rant below: A doodle of hong lu holding a Devyat Sinclair cookie] (note I use any/all pronouns for the hongclairs so I might randomly switch at times even if I use he/him for both in mine fics!!) -and although you always have to change, and everyone wants you to smile... there's always someone in the mirror who wants to see YOU!! Even if Sinclair can't bring themself to tell Hong Lu not to change herself, I'd like to believe he doesn't truly use their abilities after a while. She tells Hong Lu that the adjustment happened and that he's different from how they were, but in the end it's a placebo effect because Sinclair just... she just want to see Hong Lu- the real Hong Lu- even if a mirror separates them. Also... child of the galaxy Sinclair and fragment of the universe Hong Lu Someone who's alone and is too quiet to be heard when they want to be and someone who wants to be heard but is misunderstood no matter how loudly they sing! Regardless of if they can understand each other, there's still an unending connection between the two of them! They're lonely and misunderstood, but they can understand each other perfectly fine, and that's all they need. On another note for green stemclair: they could maybe work well with lasso Hong Lu. Hong Lu as someone who follows the linear path, unwilling and unsure of if she should break from his mold- their pre-chosen path, pursuing Sinclair who tries to control his own life despite the risks she takes... Maybe Hong Lu would run away with him after Sinclair makes her realize there's more to life than just what others decide! They could live in a little cottage together! I'd like to think it takes Sinclair almost dying for Hong Lu to finally have that epiphany, but in the end they could figure out how to love each other and make sure the registers of fate have enough space to fit their happy ending. Wandering Mind (or Void Dream) Hong Lu and maybe F.O.T.D.B Sinclair is also super neat to me...- (continued in image alt 3) [ID, rant below: A doodle of hong lu and sinclair- sinclair is holding hong lu like he caught a bug/fish in AC] Although Hong Lu's lost herself whether it be voluntarily (void dream) or involuntarily (wandering mind) Sinclair will never forget him, and she will always seek them out. He doesn't want to forget a single soul, including Hong Lu. She wants Hong Lu to find his way! He wants Hong Lu to wake up and realize there's more to life besides suffering! There's beauty in life and sometimes the beauty in people is replaced by repulsiveness, but there will always be at least one beautiful soul in the world, and Sinclair doesn't want Hong Lu to believe she's all alone, that there are no beautiful souls after suffering so much for so long. Besides that, I think Il Pianto della Luna Hong Lu would be cool. I'm unsure which Sinclair I would pair with them... I just like the idea of someone who's so admirable, but when you look close there are so many cracks in that perfect facade of theirs- like the moon close up (insert photo of I.P.D.L's entry on the wiki since that's where I got that from). Also! Hex Nail Sinclair and Resident of Metropolaris Hong Lu I just think it's an interesting dynamic- someone who's afraid of being touched because they believe it to be taboo even when nobody else is around to see and someone who just wants someone to hold close to ease that deep yearning. Firebird Hong Lu and Servant of Wrath Sinclair is something I've also been thinking about... they're blind in different ways! Physical blindness and moral(?) blindness... I think they could both guide each other through their lives, sticking close because not only did the servant of wrath want a friend, but the firebird was doomed to be alone outside of hunting season. That's all I've got for the time being... I'm just.. a... I'm s o normal about them. I'll hopefully focus on bringing all of these little guys to live in a fic one day, maybe a drabble collection? Not sure, but someday I will!

ou i can't draw very well but i needed to put down my thoughts

I've been getting into touhou recently & the idea of satori hong lu and celestial sinclair stuck with me quite a bit although most would probably swap their species

[ID, rant below!!! A drawing of Hong Lu and Sinclair as a Satori and a Celestial from Touhou] I think Hong Lu as a Satori would be similar to Koishi from Touhou. I really like the idea of him being a satori. Knowing what you shouldn't know (reading minds), and people hate you for it. It's sad, really, and I can understand why Koishi did what she did, but will she ever understand? She's sealed off her consciousness, she can't be hated but she can't be loved and the only people who remember her are immortals like celestials and the like- even her own sister has trouble remembering her. I like the idea of Hong Lu being in that kind of situation, sealing off his consciousness and despite being happy, he isn't truly happy because that isn't HIM! That's his subconscious and it'd be interesting to see a romance between someone who isn't there- someone who's forgotten by most, even the people they love- and someone who lives almost forever- long enough to remember them, even if it isn't their original self. I just... I really do think they could be good together, even if ' Hong Lu ' doesn't want to be found. To look into someone's eyes and to see nothing, but still wanting to reach in and hope you can pull something out, regardless of whether or not it's them, a scrap, or their dead body. It's such an intriguing thing, such a risk.... I want to write it! And I will! Sinclair is someone who doesn't want to forget for the most part! And although most immortals and celestials would forget and move on with their lives, he would stay behind. He would still try to reach out, even if he gets lost in the process via getting so absorbed in saving a single person. Maybe he ends up like Hong Lu! he doesn't think for himself, he's unconsciously driven by his goal, he keeps living and thriving but in the end he's not truly in control of himself, tunnel vision... ovroejieofejfoiernreo I'm so normal about them!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully I'll get my draft out before February :3
