also, cypro is *a lot* more effective at suppressing T than spiro, these days I'm on 10 mg every 3 days, which is a really low dose and hey, no more cramps!

Cyproterone is not available in the US because it's considered an abortifacient so puritan America thinks it's icky.
Also, it gave me the worst cramps I've ever had for a few months when I started it taking it, so I'm not sure it'd help anyway.
