You have to train and reward it (RL), feed it (energy), cloth it (containers), insure it (backups, replication), secure it (encryption), police it, adjudicate it, quarantine it, rehab it.

Freedom of speech does not imply freedom of venue. Sure, say whatever the hell you want, but no one is obligated to listen to you. That’s why we have locks and no trespassing signs on doors: to keep the grifters, criminals, weirdos and cult followers outside.

Post-Labor economics doesn’t mean no more work. All it means is that the human slave trade called the labor market has lost its value. Human flesh is no longer valued as an economically exploitable commodity. The breakdown we are experiencing is in our value systems. No more slaves feels wrong.

Most IT staffing work will be about acting in the role of middle management for Actor-agents. If I look at what I have been doing for the last 6 months, it’s all about lifecycle maintenance of policies, standards, guidelines, schemas, business processes and workflows for AI Actors.
