Here's his original design and artwork. Feels a little tamer by comparison? I feel like my intended vibe for him back then was less leaning into his confidence and more his innocence (being the first client of my protag in my now-cancelled Ace Attorney fangame)

This is Axel, a member of a small-scale rock band. His original design (posted below) had a kinda rock aesthetic but I feel like leaning more into the outfit styling was worth exploring. I went more with a grunge aesthetic with the plaid shirt/long t-shirt vibe.

The project was a little abstract styled mystery game called 'On the Flip Side' and focused on two characters who can 'flip' between 2 dimensions. The concept is still something I wish to expand on in the future, but was made in a little competition hosted on an Ace Attorney forum a while back.

Some 90s inspired CG renders I did for a project last year. These were downscaled but the HD versions make for nice looking desktop backgrounds.

Her previous design/art. This is one of the designs I felt like fixing the most, as I see the skill level I had years back and can see how I've improved haha. I do think the old concept still works well, it just required some better execution.

This time it was my game's detective, Addeline Winters.
I moved away from the previous Sherlock-Holmes inspired attire and went for something more Australian themed to suit the location of the game.

It's kinda crazy how different these designs ended up from their originals. I do like both my current iterations and my original ones. I think both could work in different circumstances, I'd say.

For reference, this was the design I came up with in 2015, and revised in 2020 when I started my project. I still like it but I kinda designed him by tracing over Apollo at first, then reworking features. IDK if that makes him feel too cheap an imitation or not but haha
