So Switch 2's 4K output seems broken. First image is 1080p output (also looks like this on a Switch 1), and the second is Switch 2 at automatic or 4K output.

Finished a new play through of one of my favorite video games of all time. The incredible Dragon Force on the Sega Saturn! This was the reason to own a Saturn for me back in the day, and it still holds up wonderfully.
