Dems. Democracy. Dogs. Dodgers. That covers a lot of it for me right now.
Did you invite him in?

No I needed there.

Perfectly stated.

Yeah, time to pick a new career.

Imagine knowing how to find a scarification artist but not a hardware store.

Cut. For real.

Geez, this story! This woman is deeply disturbed.
November 20, 2025 at 5:28 AM
It was after 5 pm on the last day to get an indictment before the statute of limitations expired, so, both? 😂

Not to mention it's been legal everywhere Cody played.

Until January 2025, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) was conducting an active investigation into Epstein and Maxwell’s co-conspirators.

Yes, so they can't just hand off a list outside of an official hearing, and even then, they may not be individually protected. Wealthy men on the list will sue every last one of them. The safety of the victims is paramount which is why it would be best if the names came out in the release of files.
November 19, 2025 at 9:11 PM
The Speech and Debate Clause might not protect the victims unless they could hand over the list in an official congressional hearing. Their individual actions outside of official business wouldn’t be protected. It’s tricky but they may be able to find a way to make it work.

Their lawyers will determine if and when it’s safe for their list to be released. Most of them are under non-disclosure agreements that were required in the settlement with the Epstein estate. They could be sued for breach of contract or defamation.

She’s perfect. She’s not a “lefty Dem” who can be accused of TDS and dismissed as biased against him.
November 19, 2025 at 8:06 PM
No real lawyer would bring the case. Halligan was appointed last minute because she promised Trump she’d indict Comey. The statute of limitations was set to expire a week after she was sworn in. She skipped right past the rules to meet the deadline. I’m glad the indictment is falling apart on her.

Biden couldn’t for the same reason Trump and Pam Bondi will use: there were ongoing investigations.
November 19, 2025 at 7:40 PM
But the vote doesn’t ultimately do that. Trump has to sign it into law for the files to be released. Bondi can prevent the release due to ongoing investigation even if Trump signs. The files are not forthcoming.
November 19, 2025 at 7:39 PM
Because he knows the files will never be released.
November 19, 2025 at 12:59 AM
Pam Bondi will prevent the release of the files due to "ongoing investigations". Trump will be protected and Republicans will go into the midterms telling voters they all wanted the files released and did everything they could but, alas, it's out of their hands. They will bury the files forever.
November 19, 2025 at 12:57 AM
Of course he doesn't, but they are his cover. Trump will never release the files. Bondi will bury them under ongoing "investigations" for as long as Trump is alive.

What a nice thing to say.
