Google 'house prices in Chipperfield Road, Birmingham' You'll see that 101 went for £160k in 2018, 106 went for £190k in 2023, 82 went for £195k in 2020. 101 is a lovely 3 bedroomed house, great back garden. I grew up there in the 60s; we moved out in 1970, Dad got £3,800 for it! INFLATION OR WHAT?

Just read the news over on Twitter. So young. What can we say that would mean anything to those of us suddenly finding ourselves in grief and in shock? Those of us that remain can honour her by respecting her work and thinking of her now and then. And try ourselves to truly be the best we can be!

I'm already plotting another Doctor Who?/Buffy crossover during which timelines are altered, and contemporary history as we know it is changed, which will enable our fanfics to still exist as real somewhere somehow, while the New Show becomes the main timeline and reality. 😎
