My conclusion is Spc. Counsel Jack Smith is a great American and an extraordinary prosecutor we should all want working on our legal system.

My follow up question should have been, OK, Mr. Blanche. How often does that happen when you level done the security for federal prison inmates for their ‘security’? How many times last month? No names, just numbers, since all BOP decisions land in your desk.

Bassett is essentially saying because what we did would be too complex to unwind, we believe the Supreme Court will find for us.
B.S. If imposing tariffs was wrong, it was wrong. And part of the punishment should be to unwind the mess AND pay interest to the penalized American businesses.

Miller forgot WWII required our involvement on principal (Hitler sucked) & b/c we were attacked. Thus, building world peace, albeit imperfectly, via allies (NATO) & the rebuilding of our enemies isn’t for their “sole benefit”, we enjoy peace.
