Tomorrow will be my one week post-op follow-up appointment. I'm in compression sleeves now. This hasn't been easy, but also not as bad as I thought it would be. #lipedema #brachioplasty

Today is the start of week 13 on Zepbound. Breakfast is 40 oz of water, 12 oz of cafe bustelo 3 scrambled eggs, spinach, onions, avocado, and cottage cheese, that's 23g of protein. I'll eat the yogurt after the shot for another 20g of protein. I'm down 33 pounds! #protein #Zepbound #glp1 #grateful

If anyone had told me that I'd willingly ingest cottage cheese at any time in my life, I'd have called them a bold faced liar. I'm now mixing cottage cheese in eggs and making omelets. It's been almost one month, and I'm still repulsed at the look, smell, and taste on its own, but yum!! 🤣 #protein
