Democracy is about agreeing to disagree. Democracy is about coming to an agreement where both parties gain something and both parties lose something for the betterment of the people it serves. Once a party chooses to forego this principle, we longer have a democracy.

In NYC, billionaires pay comparatively far less in taxes on their unrented and rented ultra luxury apartments. Why? Rationale is that there is no comparable to base the tax off of so billionaires lobbied to have it set low.
