In 2019 Phillip Esformes was convicted of one of the biggest Medicare frauds in American history: bribery, sham invoices, kickbacks, money laundering, 256 separate bank accounts. In 1920 Donald Trump pardoned him! It's not usually those getting their healthcare that commit the fraud!
