Been one of those weeks.
My old (15) cat spent the afternoon at the vet yesterday, biopsies, etc, bill came to about £450 ($600) without lab results. She’s currently squashed herself in a corner behind my guitar case and looking sad.
Hoping she will have forgiven me by tomorrow.

Last night 2am Bobby, my new rescue, jumped on my bed sat on my chest and tried to lick my face purring up a storm. He’s welcome to sit on me and purr whenever but I know exactly where his tongue has been! Ugh!

New boy Bobby has claimed the high spot but Furry Girl is in her favourite spot where she can watch what food I might be getting in the kitchen! Peace has been declared rather faster than I expected.

I’ve just acquired a second cat. A sweet tempered stray turned up a few months ago and moved into the outside kennel. Asked around then put him on all the Lost & Found websites but no one claimed him. Today I caught him and took to vet for checking - no microchip. So, he’s registered mine now!

Now winter’s coming, my old lady prefers to watch the birds indoors on an app! (Birds for cats) She’s knocked it over a few times swatting them.
