What do you care about? I care a lot and it hurts right now.

I heard an NPR story where they talked about fluoride in drinking water and conspiracy theories around it. In general I believe it was a great thing for our dental health, but there are still some questions about additional side effects. Not malicious, but unforeseen problems if any.
