taking my first stab at #swordtember! was inspired by the thought of what sort of blades (or “blades”) a mer might use. two versions, because i couldn’t decide which version of the mussels i liked better :3

stayed up really late and this is all i have to show for it. attempts at colour studies i guess? (wound up kind of doing the basic colour wheel) good practise, at least. maybe this will transfer to larger pieces in the future
