Finally! Despite work issues working against me, I managed to get a 15 mile 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️ Not nearly as far as I had planned but I will take it!

12 mi. moderate paced Google Maps indoor bike ride from Ft. Lauderdale 17th St Bridge to Pompano Beach Inlet bridge😊Took me 16 days to get on my indoor bike, thank you all for your encouragement 😊 If I get 3 of these rides a week in + some outside walking I’ll be 😊 #cycling

Knee pain after my ride yesterday and the past few rides but more so yesterday and last night. Not sure if it’s a knee issue or a cleat issue. Leaning towards clear as I just had them changed about the same time the pain started. Something else to deal with…. #cycling
