Finished up this art of Mr Wallace Pokémon for school, and I’m super proud of it! Definitely gonna use more screen tones like this in my future work.

The illustration is cell-shaded in a pink-to-blue gradient, and a slightly darker pink-to-blue circular screen tone in used over all the shaded areas. A very subtle rainbow overlay is also applied to the shading, and the background is completely white save for a few rectangles and squares in varying colors, and a faint dark blue drop shadow.

Made this for the 15th Marble Hornet anniversary earlier this year and posted it on Tumblr, but I wanna put it here too bc I’m still proud of it, and I haven’t made anything MH in a while (,:

The smoke is swirling and twisting around character’s faces and clothes, and faces within the smoke seem to have their hair affected by the smoke’s motion; curling and twisting with it. Every character, with the exception of Brian who has his eyes closed, is looking at Tim, who has his back turned to them.

Just started a new campaign a few weeks ago where we were allowed to play as anything, so I chose to be an irradiated opossum :)
This is he:
