Literally a random woman at the grocery store who was telling me all about the miracles of vegetables. It started out pretty normal, then quickly deteriorated into something like 'maybe Robert Kennedy will finally educate people"... it is terrifying to encounter this in the wild.

I would suggest prepping "freezer meals". Lots of resources out there for recipes. You can keep variety I n your menu without obscene food waste. You'll probably still need regular grocery for fresh produce, but would be throwing a lot of your spend in a nicer hat.
