One thing to note is your opponent can throw you out of Knife loops if you're too close. This can be remedied by doing 236K, 2K 236K or by initiating with cS kara dash Knife. This allows you to be spaced away from throw but close enough to perform cS.

Now that we know that the opponent HAS to stand block in order to interact, they will be susceptible to 2K 236K. Without spending meter, you get a safejump with forward jump jH. Here's what you get with meter though.

#GGST_DI I think structuring your pressure around Knife loops might be it. Here's a thread going over it, but let me establish a few ideas so stay with me:
Point-blank you're +10 if they crouch block. If they stand block you're +7. Reversal jab wins while standing, but not while crouching.
