Padparadscha is a gem from Steven Universe. She is an Off-Color ("defective") sapphire. A sapphire's power is to see the future, but Padparadscha can only predict events that have already transpired. She appears to rely heavily on her predictions, as she seems surprised by them even though the event has already occurred.
