UB Beasts are technically a thing, but they’re more heard of than seen. They’re primordial beasts that have been around since before the beginning. Not even the maiar are sure of whence they came

Idril is one of few who have bonded with one as a little girl on the helcaraxe. After the death of her mother, she found an orphaned Amaura and they quickly bonded - much to many’s dismay lol

While some have become fossils, like any and all pokemon, there’s no need to ‘revive’ a fossil to see them, but it’s not ideal to come across them
