I love everything about nature, from the skies to the dirt.
It reminds me to breathe, to notice, to keep growing.

I once purchased “Giant Strawberry” seeds, only to find that the strawberries were as small as a lima bean. I felt terrible and couldn’t believe I had been duped. I feel your pain.

I don’t know Heather but I’m wishing her peace and comfort during this difficult time. 🙏🏼✨

If we group the three pink candles with the four candles of different colors, we get a total of 34 candles! 😊 You’re 34!

Let’s see how long I can manage being the earlier bird. Maybe some decoy owls can join my morning shift. ☕️🦉😴🤞🏼

I recall the first time I encountered those enormous bugs. I was terrified by their size! I had never seen anything like it. I couldn’t even bring myself to stomp on them. I think I wrapped them in a paper towel and threw them away. The thought of their guts everywhere grossed me out.

If you feel stuck, remember the crow.

Even the smallest steps, one pebble at a time, can raise the water you need to keep going.

Keep dropping your pebbles.
You’ll get there.

I’ve felt like that crow many times, tired, unsure how to reach what I needed. But each small step, full of grit and hope, helped the water rise: learning a new subject, earning a degree, finding a job.

Beans, beans, they’re good for your heart. The more you eat, the more you… I forgot how it ends.

I hose them down, and they fall off quite easily. I believe ladybugs feed on them, but we don’t encounter many lady bugs. 🐞

Our gardener brought us three of these agave plants. They’ve been planted for a year now and are a good full size. I can hardly wait for the flowers to bloom! They’re so beautiful!

Got it! Such a kind and thoughtful gesture. My comment was just playful, not meant to miss the bigger picture. Thanks for sharing the context. 🌱

Was that $100 a bribe for silence or a sponsorship for endless repeats? 🤣

We sprayed neem oil daily on the flowers as soon as they bloomed for a week. We learned that bugs burrow in the flowers, wait for the peach to sprout, dig in, and crawl out. The neem oil killed them before they ruined the peaches. Now we have a dozen or more healthy peaches.

I have a complicated relationship with this beetle. I love their gentle nature and beautiful colors, but I hate that they eat my apples. 😤
