Funny I joke about the possibility of it being made orange, and then I see that it looks like you can customize the front panel of the Steam Machine. That's honestly really cool.

53. Pac Man World 2 Re-Pac: Sonic DLC
Ironically this fish out of water scenario is the most refreshing take on Green Hill Zone in recent memory. I actually had fun going through this DLC despite being sick of Green Hill Zone appearing in practically every Sonic game as of late.

52. Street Fighter x Mega Man
As much as its fascinating that this was a fan game that got official endorsement from Capcom, I can see why I never finished it when it was new. It's not awful, but I wasn't keen on the messy level design and the RNG-heavy boss battles in this.

If there's one thing I took away from playing all these maps, is how unstable TF2 is lately.
Like I knew TF2 always had some quirks, but I think it's only gotten worse in recent years, especially with the unreliable match making system. It's playable, but I really hope more Github fixes get approved

Didn't think I'd actually play all of the Halloween maps in TF2 this year, but I did, and all that contract fulfilling with buds made me want to go on Tiermaker and do a tier list of Halloween maps.

There's no particular order for the tiers, and the yellow tags are the new maps for 2025.

Well that's a wrap for the Sonic Hacking Contest this year.
It was fun reviewing more ROM Hacks this year, and I look forward to doing it again next year.

It's a good thing Cloud Mario has a slower descent, or else there's no way I would have pulled off a recovery like this.

51. Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Switch 2) - 100%
It was great to finally see this through to the very end after never clearing the Grandmaster Galaxy's comet as a kid.
In general, Mario Galaxy 2 has held a lot better than I remembered, especially with its comets and post-game compared to Galaxy 1.

People hate this new Youtube player UI? Honestly it looks perfectly fine to me.

50. Monument Valley 2 (Steam Deck)
This was fine, but it kind of seemed like this one wanted to be more about its story, as there wasn't much new added to the puzzles other than a tag team setup that rarely gets used. There's still creative visuals on display, but otherwise I prefer the first game.

49. Super Mario Galaxy (Switch 2) - 200%
The Switch re-release is pretty good. It didn't have the visual distractions I had with the 3D All Stars version of Galaxy, and the autosaving greatly helped the game's pacing.
That being said, I don't want to 200% this game again any time soon.

48. Monument Valley (Steam Deck)
This was a neat little puzzle game about perspectives. Not much else to say for this one.

47. Pac Man World 2 Re-Pac
This was a nice modernisation of Pac Man World 2. It does a lot of things different from the original, but I'd argue those changes were for the better for what's still a solid, standard 3D platformer at the core.

46. New Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt
I'm not into *ahem* adult humour that much, but I'll admit both the original series and this new season were fairly enjoyable watches for me. It's one of those cases where its variety is able to make up for any parts that might not have landed for me.
