I’ve filed FOIA requests but they can take years and will probably be redacted to hell. We also learned recently that DHS isn’t keeping some records, a clear violation of the Federal Records Act, according to the New York Times.
Finding out who, exactly, wrote and posted this would be interesting. It is a government document too.
