Reached our last stop, hopefully, at El Centro, CA. Was able to get the only spot that was a pull in, so didn’t have to unhook the trailer.

Tesla navigation forced us to stop at Yuma, AZ. This is pretty much the last stop before El Centro, CA. I had to unhook the trailer again. Second time around it was quicker.

After grabbing food, quickly drove to Dateland, AZ since they have a charger if you have a trailer.

First charging stop, Gila Bend, AZ. Arrived with 16% on the battery. Gonna grab lunch while we charge. Unhooking the trailer was rough and annoying as it was heavy.

Last week when I did this trip, it took about 6.5 hours, starting the trip at 46% and stopping at 3 superchargers. Today I’ll be starting with 61% and will be driving 55 mph on the interstate.

When I got my Model Y two years ago, I imagined using my hitch to transport bikes. I never thought the first time I used it was to transport things from Phoenix to San Diego.

I was always able to few the expiration date of my supercharging miles. I don’t know when this happened, but the date no longer exists. I had to find an old screenshot. That seems a bit deceiving.

Doing a mini-wine trip on this long weekend. I had some free supercharging miles expiring, so purposely didn’t charge at home.
