I hate it when I cooked in writing but forget about it bc I got busy and later when I look into the drafts and see it unfinished with half a mind of when why and how I wrote it. I wanna go back in time and dissect myself bc I cannot leave it like this 😭😭

ps I was sick of meat and local filo tilapia dishes so I searched for other tilapia recipes and found this. Thought it looked delicious but I had to fillet the fish 😭 first time doing it and on the first slice I cut myself. But I wasn't raised a quitter nor a whiny bitch so did a quick n easy first+
