Langston Hughes (1902—1967) is one of my favorite American poets. "Freedom" is soul-stirring and timeless, and one of my favorites of his. #BlackHistoryMonth

I started watching Severance on Apple TV this year, and I have to say, it's become one of my favorite shows ever. It's got a fantastic creepy, low-key buzzy vibe that makes the show really exhilarating to watch. My hands are usually clenched the entire time. And the cinematography is gorgeous.

I'm an American Hardcover by Darshana Khiani, illustrated by Laura Freeman.

This lovely picture book celebrates immigrants and their journey to America while not shying away from the racism and barriers they faced.
