I'm too afraid to go for a walk outside because of the ice. My legs are already messed up, so I feel this very much.

Maybe I'll try the auction idea again on a smaller piece in the future. There were other patterns I really liked. For now, I'm taking a small crochet break.

I had planned to auction it off for a fundraiser, but knowing I don't have much luck in these kinds of things, I'm keeping it. Also, the logistics of sending it would be cumbersome. I've kind of bonded with it now after working on it for so long, too.

(4/4) Crocheting hasn't been the same since. It used to be relaxing and gave me something to look forward to. Now, it just makes me numb and sad.

(3/4) Crafting things and writing fics for friends was my "love language," but I doubt I'll ever crochet a gift (or make anything in general) for someone again. She threw me away like garbage while I was in the middle of crocheting a gift for her. I ripped out the yarn after that.

(2/4) I initially started it with a lot of enthusiasm. I had planned to auction it off and donate the funds, but... well, let's just say I have bad luck organizing stuff like this. And with that friend and other unfortunate stuff always happening, I lost enjoyment.
