It sucks, but I am glad to mostly have an answer after four months of unexplained pain. I just did the tests to find out what bacteria is overgrown, so I'm on the home stretch to getting it all balanced again!

I looove shop n kart but went way more when I lived near it. I find a lot of good gf stuff at Trader Joe's too! I'm on a gut health protocol to kill bacterial overgrowth right now too so the dietary restrictions are insane. Grocery shopping is my enemy ☠️
