I keep having these heart/chest twinges that would feel better with my aspirin and metoprolol

But I haven't gone to get new prescriptions cuz all my cardiologist does is fat shame me.

But I feel like such crap rn that maybe I should just endure the scolding.

I just want my heart meds.
