Yeah, while the crew and the flight itself were good, I had a similar experience. This flight was operated by Air France. I paid quite a bit for this ticket and my seat wouldn’t recline, the entire bottom of the seat pocket was ripped so I couldn’t store anything and my arm rest fell off the chair.

Ugh. It’s frustrating when a business either doesn’t value IT or can’t afford the necessary infrastructure. You just can’t be on systems that old without fear of catastrophic failure or being compromised.
