It's been a few months after the release of Fantastic Four (2025) and what I see is that all three #MCU movies released this year where #BraveNewWorld bombed and #Thunderbolts and the FF was "ehh" at the Box office, they did not have a cultural impact to the general moviegoing populace. 1/5

Quite interesting where I bought this. It was at some sort of home goods/thrift store with lots of handmade & antique stuff from the community that I went to around 2018'ish? & right in some corner was a few long boxes of comics. Grabbed a few and one of them was this.

Around 2021 or 2022 sometime way after my grandmother had passed away, my family went to her house to grab the things we want to take before the finalization of the house being sold. I came across a pile of old battered comics on the floor and I took some. Here is a few:

However, my least favorite film from Miyazaki was Castle in the Sky. I just didn't find that interesting. Good themes, but overall not my cup of tea. (2/2)

Pretty much the two Hayao Miyazaki films I always revisit: Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, it was the first ever Miyazaki film I saw when I was little and that carried me to watch more of his films later on. Second, Spirited Away, what I consider is the apex of his work. (1/2)

So, I just saw the Fantastic Four: First Steps teaser trailer and I thought it was fine. It's just a teaser. The thing is I'm still sour of the MCU as of late and not over the moon of wanting to see it. Maybe I'll just wait till streaming on a rental on Prime.

I would also like to add that if Annihilus ever comes to the big screen in the MCU, I petition Armin Shimerman to be the voice actor for the character. It's soo fitting.
