My husband has described this album as it feels like she’s been hanging out with football bros and she talks like them now and that’s so accurate and I’m sure SO intentional but I still hate it. The squirle of it all or whatever. Get me off this ride

Thank you for coming to my ted talk that nobody asked for, I am not enjoying this album and even though a lot of times I can see what she’s trying to do the execution feels half assed and messy. There’s glitter gel pen and campy fun and then there’s thoughtless slop and it’s too far that way for me

I LOVE how it gets super musical theater near the end I wish we had more of that. And I like the taking a bow at the end of the album, it fits the concept well.

The Life of a Showgirl - fun! This is what the album should’ve been! I can’t get past her saying “legitly” though that’s the epitome of lazy unintelligent writing on this album imo. No decent English teacher would accept that. It doesn’t even rhyme. Her and Sabrina sound nice together though

Honey - I am biased cause I hate pet names but this just gives me the ick in a way I recognize is a very me problem. Also since when is she so comfortable calling other women bitches?? Sounds ok if I don’t listen too hard. If you like this one I’m happy for you.

Cancelled - she’s too untouchable for this to not feel out of touch but I don’t completely hate it? except that most of the “cancelled” “friends” she has these days are like, n*zis so can we not please?

Wood - this is what she meant when she said vibes so infectious it would make you angry cause every word makes me wanna vomit but if I’m not listening my body wants to groove

Wish List - sounds like ass, lyrics are ass, themes are ass, rinse this from my memory with bleach please

Actually Romantic - is she contractually obligated to sing a fuck you to the haters every album or something? She should listen to her own advice and ignore them. As far as those go this one is fun I guess

Ruin the Friendship - this one struck me the most first listen. I was thinking it was ok but I wish she’d stop talking bought high school and then she hit me with the funeral and I was like?? Oh ok I see what you’re doing here that’s sad ok. Sure. Well done I guess
