Well, given the instructions... May as well submit one of my own OC's, Sibilia. Bug girls are underrated.
Sibilia. A mosquito girl originally the size of an actual mosquito hardly a centimeter tall whom learned of an advanced suit an arms company was working on, snuck into their HQ, and had a thread of it imbed itself into her. After her escape, she found blood could be use to enhance herself, including making herself bigger. Her skin became metallic when she went to a nuclear power plant to try and use that as the excuse for her growth as that trip didn't end too well. Currently, Sibilia tends to stream herself going into universes at her original or a more human size and going on a bit of a rampage that more often than not ends with said universes destruction. She adores the attention, along with the power. Likes teasing her viewers that she might just visit their universe next. Sometimes has 'colabs' aka taking someone from said world/universe and making them grow with her.
