My GTI is down for a few days while I address this crack in one of its wheels. My mechanic put me in touch with a guy who is going to fix it. I'm glad it can be fixed as I wasn't looking forward to getting the stock wheels out of the attic and putting some rubber on them.

@bgluckman.bsky.social last one. Timex expedition titanium automatic. It’s no Tudor Ranger but it is a field watch. It can also dive with 200M of water resistance! As I’m getting older easier to read dials are getting important and this one is easy to read

@bgluckman.bsky.social we are now onto my watches that aren’t dive watches but could be. I love this Casio. Solar powered and uses NIST to set the time. The NIST functionality is hit or miss but I can also set it manually. I think I’ve had this for 10 years and it is still going strong!

@bgluckman.bsky.social here is my OG. Purchased in 2008 it is the first luxury watch I purchased. Omega Seamaster. Wanted a submariner but this was 2k cheaper and in my budget. I love this watch. I have sold several watches but this one will be with me until I take the dirt nap.

@bgluckman.bsky.social here is my OG. Purchased in 2008 it is the first luxury watch I purchased. Omega Seamaster. Wanted a submariner but this was 2k cheaper and in my budget. I love this watch. I have sold several watches but this one will be with me until I take the dirt nap.

I don't think I have a dream car. Although 1980's me would have said Testerossa (thanks Don Johnson) or Countach. But if I had real wealth I'd want a Lamborghini Espada. Harry Metcalfe is the only reason I know these exist. I love his youtube channel.
