honestly this is just my crack theory thoughts but i think the abyss and void realm, while similar, is different from each other, the same situation with crimson moon being the corrupted iridescent moon. the abyss we see nowaday (i.e in skirk's sq) might be the result of void realm+

personally think anaxa'll like that little fella in natlan a lot. has already figured out paimon's connection with the shades or sth. adore kachina (she reminds anaxa of his student), arguing with ajaw (they're stubborn)
can totally see him talking boldly to ronovaamd questioning her authority.
