I have two large dogs. You just have to click on the medicine you want and scroll down until you get to the weight limit of your dog. I attached a pic as an example

You can use canadapetcare.com. They ship to the US and they offer all the heart worm/flea and tick medicines we get here but you don’t need a prescription. Not much help for any specialized medication, though.
