I get that but the reason youd wanna reflash that manually is to ensure there wasnt an issue during the install if that makes sense

It would probably help to download them manually from your motherboards product page, toss the file to a usb drive and flash the new version. Might help to atleast isolate your issue from being bios related. Alternatively check the date it came out and see if it alines with your issue then downgrade

Did you delete the previous partitions when you reinstalled? Or did you use the settings “wipe this pc”

Boot priority comes to mind ensure you dont have a usb plugged in (might be trying to boot from there or something weird) and ensure #1 is windows boot manager drive. Alternatively if this is new and you have recently updated windows try the cmd fixes (chkdsk , Sfc)
