brb, there’s a Dober dog snivelling at my office door. We’ll go walkies and then I’ll invite her in with me (she didn’t want to come in here earlier, she’s as much fun as a cat some days! 😂).

There was a hard frost here on the farm overnight and now fog is coming in. It’ll be a good day to light a fire in the living room and maybe turn the oven on to bake some goodies. Hopefully all is well wherever you are friends.

The air smells different today. The wind is cold and will be until the last snow is off the far hills but the air is fresher now and I’m thinking about starting garden clean up.

Don’t you just hate it when you leave notes for yourself but don’t have a clue what they mean? I’ll be ordering Murchies tea tomorrow but I have no idea what I mean when I wrote (4) behind two of the items. I definitely don’t want four boxes of anything! 😂

Good morning all. I took some me time yesterday and then managed to sleep the night through. I don’t have a lot on my plate for today so I’m going to spend time outside with this gal, eat chocolate, look at seed catalogues and enjoy myself. Hope you’re doing well.

I’m having a heck of a time keeping my eyes open so I’m going to unplug everything and call it a day. Elke is looking at me like I’m crazy but she’s always up a nap anyway! lol

Geez leweez! A family member has been trying to get home from Ontario but a week of snow fall has hampered travel. Meanwhile, here on the farm, January has been mostly snowless and Elke has no complaints about that.
