Thames Water has its final legal appeal to allow its £3bn loan tomorrow (at 10% interest that billpayers will pay)
If it gets it, it goes bankrupt in 6 months anyway, and you will have to pay it all

The upcoming budget appears to have cuts to Public Spending and to Benefits.
But there is loads of money available from getting rid of Brexit or taxing the rich instead.
