The Bourbon-Caramel pecans came out perfect, about 90 minutes on the Pit Barrell Cooker and finished off with some sea salt sprinkled over them when I took them off.

2.5 hours over B&B with some chunks of apple and cherry.
Enough coals left, so I am doing a batch of Bourbon-Caramel smoked pecans, topped with sea salt.
