usually i force myself to do one chore ive been putting off and then use that to justify doing whatever i inevitably do for the rest of the day

considering the forced deployment of lords it's all upside and no downside which is nice QOL but sorta lame. i prefer lords having other niches (i.e. leadership stars in thracia)

im mixed on lords having convoys; while it's not like fire emblem has ever been super realistic, having the lord have a pocket dimension you get unlimited access to is kind of crazy when you think about it. fire emblem is at its best to me when you have to give and take for the current situation

oh yeah i love stuff like that, it's nice that the character pairs get an extra bonus, makes a real nice personal player-story vibe

fates is really cool conceptually i really wish i could enjoy actually playing it 😶

similarly the extra seals in fates gives another level to pairing units together since you can access classes outside of a unit's base picks...although the castle battles let you just kinda get abilities for practically free back in the day so that sorta shot the whole system in the foot

granted i have the uncanny ability to feel nothing from caffeine but damn "half a coffee cup's worth in one bite" really didn't even perk me up at all?

i feel like the unfortunate side of the more free class change system has been that there always ends up being an unusually dominant option that you can't really ignore once it's on the table (I.E. wyverns in 3H) but i guess that's how it goes with most meta shenanigans
