exactly! it's only worth it for them if they also get to trample upon the livelihoods of millions! the way when district managment comes in, they will literally have a stroke if there's proof that employees have Sat Down literally ever and then demand chairs be removed is fucking wild.

that's the problem. companies don't want workers to be ""happy"". If we ever arent miserable then we are "lazy" and "not working hard enough". I'm convinced you could outright prove that a well rested employee is 10x more productive and ceos would still rather go bankrupt 💀
