Yesterday I ran across the street, lost my balance, and ate concrete. My hands are all ripped up, I have bruises on my hip/thigh/knees, and I ripped a massive hole in my favorite running leggings. I want to sew but my hands are burning and throbbing. Post concussion syndrome hurts 😭

What inspired you to start sewing?

When you have an insulin pump, you learn to make dresses with hidden pockets and an access point for your insulin pump. It's hidden under the attached sash.

Turned my mom's winter coat into a wrap coat with an external waterproof zipper. Waiting for the materials to build the hood to arrive (she hated hoods for some reason. I miss her everyday.

Soft launching my clothing and design brand. I made this coat for my kid out of a quilt, a couple layers of insulate, and some soft minky fabric. Waterproofed the quilt to keep kiddo warm and dry.
